       This weeks #Lego #FossilFriday is #Utahraptor In 1975, Jim Jensen found fragmentary remains near Dalton Wells Quarry, Utah. In 1991, Jim Kirkland, Robert Gaston and Donald Burge uncovered even more remains.  In 1993, Jim Kirkland named the species Utahraptor ostrommaysi after the state it was found in, and John Ostrum, who investigated Deinonychus and its relationship to birds, and Chris Mays who helped research Utahraptor.
