       Fuck it, I’m using my phone in bed. I stopped allowing it in the bedroom last August but after months of illness with only a few days feeling semi-okay all year, I give up. I hate being sick, I hate these endless fevers and coughs, but this seems to be my whole life now. I could possibly avoid it by being a more total hermit but that has mental health drawbacks. Is this year of suffering because of Skyrizi, the immunosuppressant I take for Crohn's Disease? Or is it something else? I didn’t get any communicable diseases in 2024 but I was extra hermetic and adjusting to Crohn’s. This year I go to one small gathering and am sick for over a month, then go to one Passover Seder and get sick again.
