       @rms A general trait of fascism is that there are two justice systems. The first one, resembling the pre-coup system, is for the in-group. This group does not suffer any changes.The second one is for the out-group. For this group the changes are significant.The trick of fascism is to transport people from the in-group to the out-group. Initially the in-group is o.k., there is no cause for concern. Increasingly the fear to be transported to the out-group is used as technique of control.
