@Nonilex In the US police focus on poor neighborhoods. They focus on the kids. Cops focus on immigrants. Folks are ticketed for jaywalking, and often for nothing at all. They have a magnifying glass on them at all times. This is by design. This way they have a record. If they're ever brought before a judge again, they're seen as less than. This creates the school to prison pipeline. It's a white supremacist strategy. It's a eugenic strategy.
