In 2019, an #immigration judge had barred the #US from deporting #KilmarAbregoGarcia by finding that he might face violence or torture if sent to #ElSalvador. @Nonilex It does matter what branch of government is involved.When Federal laws are broken, and validated by a formal court order, compliance is only course of action. Such behavior is contempt of a court order and criminal act.If Trumpy goons thinks otherwise other forms of forced compliance are on the table then....
