       Currently stuck with hundreds of others in a stopped train outside Chambéry. No electricity. No information. Frecciarossa9296. Please, someone, send emergency services to the track. Train staff unable to help. Company not acknowledging problem.

       This is the much-lauded new Milan-Paris route, by the way. A lot of money spent on advertising only, it seems. It’s not a weather problem. It’s not a traffic problem.

       Staff said we could not open the doors using the emergency handles, but some folks did anyway, because the air was stiffling - and then the staff thanked us for opening them.

       Now have air, which is a plus. One staff member just said - 2 hours into the situation - that they may send a diesl train to take us the 2 or 3 k to Ch. not clear when, but at least we now have air.
