@foone I never ever once imagined someday I would miss molex. I can't for the life of me understand why they designed the modern SATA power connectors to have a piece that is almost designed to snap off. And why does it never occur to designers to do them the other way around? (If a piece should be at risk of snapping off, it should be the easily replaceable piece -- aka the cable -- not the bit soldered into a board you can't necessarily just open up and replace...)Molex connectors worked and they stayed in where you plugged them. Maybe a little too well, but darn it, they didn't snap off.
