       I have 45+ employees. Employees who are not freelancers.  There are no invoices.  There are clocked hours, per piece delivery payees, salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, huge 941Q payroll taxes, medical  of which cannot or at least shouldn't be computed by the employer.This is why payroll companies exist.
