Not bad for just over half a year's progress. Finally below 440lbs and I'm almost on track to hit this year's goal.Once I'm below 400 I'll have gone from my weight starting with a 5 to a 3 in less than a year!I share my thoughts and reflections on my site if you're curious.

Thank you @PamelaDrew@gigaohm.bio β:blob_raccoon_heart:βI can definitely say I feel transformed for the better already.I'm beginning to really feel more capable and things that felt too hard are starting to become a lot easier. I'm getting more excited about pushing forward and getting stronger. I still have so much to learn and a lot more progress to make, but I'm very grateful for what's been done so far.

@gabriel@mk.gabe.rocks keep it up. As long as you eat healthy, the numbers on the scale will keep going down

Good job stranger. Keep up the good work. Are you running? I always thought that the best way to lose weight even when I plateaued. 5 miles a day I dropped from 168 to 142 in less than 2 months and did not notice until my pants didnt fit anymore.

@Captain80s@nicecrew.digital For now I'm just swimming and lifting weights.Given that I'm still over 400 I'm not in a huge rush to start running until I'm at least mostly done (to spare the joints).I've come across people pointing out that sprinting is fantastic for overall health, so I'm looking forward to trying that out!

I can see how being that heavy and running could be a liability. Maybe a slow jog. Getting the heart rate up for longer periods of time does it.

smart to wait on the running. Injury is a setback you donβt need
