       Don't for a second believe that any country came to the US to try and negotiate.You can't negotiate with someone who won’t act in good faith. And Trump doesn’t act in good faith. Period.Not to mention that the Chinese tariffs are still at 125%.This is all stock manipulation, incompetence, and zero understanding of who pays tariffs and the entire concept of trade imbalance.

       And the 10% tariffs on Canada and Mexico are insane, if for no other reason, than HE renegotiated NAFTA in his first term (which was pointless bullshit)
