       The late Val Kilmer leaves behind a complex legacy. As committed to his craft as he could be demanding off screen, his all-or-nothing approach to roles didn’t always bring him the success he perhaps deserved. But if nothing else, he was always watchable in whatever role he was in - whether it was The Doors, Tombstone, Top Gun or my personal favourite film of his, Willow. He leaves us far too soon. Rest in peace. 😞
