@SpurgAnon My Protestant mind was very confused about something. There has been a lot of talk about Saints (TM) because of the Millennial Saint. And, it has exposed something to me.I THOUGHT you had to perform 2 miracles, while you were ALIVE to qualify for being a Saint. But, I've come to find out, that people were going to this man's GRAVE and praying to him for help. And, their loved ones would be healed. This is literally necromancy. Sainthood for necromancy.

@hazlin yup. The "cathlic" sects are absurdly heretical.

@hazlin The entire process is a lie. You have to have committed a minimum of 2 verified miracles, be a catholic in proper communion with their cult, get voted on by a voting body, and finally confirmed as legitimate. All of it unbiblical and nonsensical. If you don't meet any of those single criteria, you cannot be considered a "saint".Saint Rogers is the perfect litmus of orthodox conception of Chrisitianity and it's saints. If one or even their church can't acknowledge him as a saint, they are anathema.

@SpurgAnon > The entire process is a lie.You know, I was thinking the same thing. Particularly because the body of the Millennial Saint is too well preserved! It shows that they had decided to make him a saint before he had even died, and many years before it was announced.

@SpurgAnon That does sound like a better definition of a Saint. Though, I wouldn't want anyone troubling Mr. Rogers with their prayers xD
