       The jaw dropping thing about the destruction of higher Ed is that it is entirely a self-inflicted wound. There is no crisis, no reason for this other than Republicans hate knowledge and Musk and Big Balls think college is dumb.Universities are economic engines. Across the Midwest and south they are often the only thing that keeps red state communities afloat.
