       @sun I had a clot under my knee. They put me on blood thinners. Fortunately, I was able to get off those. But now I always wear compression socks and do simple exercises like leg raises every day without fail.Also, a machine keeps me alive (j/k ... or not). I use it every day too. Real talk: it's not needed. If I had enough brain power to make myself exercise properly, it would not be needed.        @sun I almost died, I had no pain in my legs but suddenly I started to run out of breath with any movement, I couldn't even take two steps or stand up, my lungs were full of clots, I hope they figure it out soon because it's really dangerous :hugs:
