@foone looks like there was a .Net Framework 4 runtime for XP Pro at least, so at least you would have C# with generics, maybe some lambdas?

@foone had to an update an XP a few years ago that targets .NET Framework 4. Used Visual Studio 2010 SP1, which I think is C# version 5.
