You can access most open source models on together.ai for free. They give you $5 free credits for registration if i recall it correctly, their inference engine is very efficient, so you can use llms for free for quite a time. Here is a system prompt for you: "You are a writer's assistant, the user sends you a text and you rewrite it into literary grammatically correct English. You should only reply with the corrected version of the text"

Unfortunately, i happen to be a digital artist who was connected to the rest of art community, followed other artists and talked to them from time to time. I am also a techno-progressive computer programmer, so it wasn't surprising that i fell in love with image generators from day one. That means, i encountered a flood of anti-ai hate sitting in the front row, and i lost my fucking shit entirely because of it. This explains how a queer person of liberal background found themself in this segment of fedi :D

ah that's pretty interesting! I do some trash sfm 3D art, but yeah AI is ridiculously hated on in the art scene. As a communist I think AI will probably be super important part of the future, especially if we want to reach the shortest work week we can. I have relatively little to say about ethics of image generators cause the word "ethics" was overused by absolutely worst kind of haters, so i would be super biased here. But i do know how to use image generators to solve practical creative tasks. I guess i could prompt the entirety of graphics for a visual novel, for example, if i was asked to do so.
