@DarkHammer haha if youre thinking of FLCL, they were a little inspired at the time because I wanted to play with something superficially similar and was giving a nod to it,But the version i’m working on now is so different, the characters don’t look or have any remnants of it anymore. These pages are a couple years old.

Genuinely engaging, nice character designs, great artwork and you just want to know more about both of them.Not sure with how mature it'll get later on all fronts, but it always came across to me as those graphic novels for late teens, something like Blankets.Hope you're doing better and looking forward to seeing more of this!

@knullmannen Thank you so much! I don't mind spoiling this but definitely it's for adults only. I intend to make this story pornier than a porno LOL. With a huge lore and world building tying it together (the two cannot be separated). Here's some more pages, they get unfinished from here on out. I would work on an entire batch of pages at the same time back when I was making this version. I'd sketch out all the pages for a scene to see how it worked, then clean them up by jumping around. That's a workflow I intend to keep with the rework going forward.

I love looking back at these and seeing how much differently I would have flowed the dialogue and communicated character intents. It feels clunky to me, but that's ok, it was my first time doing this!

@afairmaiden Oh, I'm sure you've improved, I mean, isn't that the whole point? Constant improvement? Always being better than your previous self? But this wasn't bad by any stretch of the imagination. From the way you were talking about it I was expecting something that has obvious faults and clear amateurish quality but it doesn't at all. I'm sure you could do better now but you could also do even better next year too.
