       @icedquinn maybe the muscles aren't trained enough and i just need to power through wearing the glasses every day all day? on some days they just feel wrong and headachy the minute i put them on. can almost hear the muscles saying "nope, not today" :)at least i can see quite well with the glasses on, can't complain about that.

       @CapitalB @icedquinn lens of the eye being a bit out of shape giving you a focal line instead of focal point.for me it feels like the eyes try to work against it by squishing in the opposite direction and that's exhausting the muscles, giving me headache.unfortunately putting on the glasses, while giving me a clear picture, leads to other muscles being exhausted :blobcatreeeeeee: interestingly, peppermint oil does help with the headache much better than ibuprofen. maybe because it's muscle ache. you don't want to get it in the eyes though xD
