       @zonk @kaia i had a mitra instance, and i really didn't have to be responsible with it. I updated it whenever I remembered to do so (which was like 4-6 month intervals) but I did indeed ssh in to upgrade mitra and the frontend themselves lol

       @mischievoustomato @kaia i often have delusions of grandeur and think people actually care about my hobby projects and that they'll get super popular. long term maintenance is what im really concerned about. i can spin up mastodon for a 6 month shitpost if i knew i wouldn't have to keep it alive
