I do hope it's well dried by now. At least the fire should destroy any lingering fungal spores but do be careful whilst handling it.Are you running out of firewood or just wanted to use up the bad stuff?

@Grumblesock It's gotta go and the easiest way is the wood stove. The purchase and sales agreement is they get all the propane tank in the tank. I may crank the heat and open the doors down the road.

@KK954 I have a list. They are flying off the shelf. I'm on notifications for a lot of states as for new listings. Can't do anything as I'm going in as a cash buyer, once I have the cash. It's a good position to be in. The waiting is agonizing.
