Sure and if you want to do it yourself as well, the instructions are pretty straightforward https://docs.pleroma.social/backend/installation/debian_based_en/And for soapbox you just copy over the files and point your webserver to ithttps://soapbox.pub/install/ (but we would use pleroma instead of rebased)

Elixir will take a while to compile and it'll be slow but it should at least run. Your instance will cache media but you can tune that I think.
