Just Salad has an app where you can pick all the things you want in your salad and as a picky person with allergies and social anxiety I love it. But, it seems like a massive oversight not to have an easy way to send a salad you like to another person so they can get the same one, or order your favorite salad without having to enter a long list of picky things into an app again. In a trend I hate, you can't even copy text from the app, can't select it...Anyways.

Companies seems so focused on tracking and building user profiles and pushing "offers" they don't think about simple sharing and ease of use things that would increase their sales.

@futurebird i was unaware there was even a niche for a 'salad app'being forced to manually dial that in seems like a 101 ux issue for a fast food thing

The social anxiety thing is big. I always feel like a huge jerk telling a person every detail of my order which is complex enough that it would be more polite to just write it all down and be very patient.

@LiquidParasyte It saves your old orders so that is nice. But, if someone else wants the same thing you can't even copy and past the text into a msg. You have to send a screenshot... like a CAVE MAN.

@stilescrisis It just fits. But then my husband has to bounce around on his phone trying to select the same options again. IDK "share this salad" with a link seems like a no brainer. And people in office often do big orders with this company, so I shudder to think how they get it all entered.

@futurebird a friend and her kid have ever changing allergiesWe had a tradition that I'd pick up food for us to have a families night, but it got to where they have to go to a place they know with an order they trustNow they order and pickup the food, I give them cash and make sure to include a tip for the hubby picking up the grub :)Both families have a better night knowing they're goodIn other words, please don't feel like a jerk for taking care of yourself :)
