@foone Reminds me of the live stream I watched once where a game printed a page and where it scared the shit out of the screamer because the page kept hitting stuff on the way down and it sounded like someone was in their apartment (printer was downstairs)

also the CRT goes to static at one point. I'm gonna say that's caused by Supernatural Action because there's no way that little monochrome computer CRT has a tuner in it.

look, we may have built this factory on a combination native american burial ground, ley line, and temporal rift, but factories aren't cheap, son. It's way more cost-effective to just get a minimum wage guy to check all the output for a patina of ancient evil.

@foone @jahtnamas oh it happens ALL the time, especially in indie horror games, it's particularly triggering when they're trying to do the "based on actual events" storytelling. Like the recent "Tales Beyond the Tomb" game that is supposedly a story from 1969, protag whips out a early 2000's nokia cell phone at the diner (which has arcade games, touchscreen cash registers, etc) to call their friends. The "fears to fathom" games do that a LOT too, like texting on a modern phone in 1980's
