@foone I still can’t get over the fact that my phone has way more RAM (8G) than my first PC had HDD (2G), and that something absurd like the controller in the tumble dryer probably outperforms said PC’s Pentium II.

@foone Well, if you have a samsung note20 ultra 5g phone, you buy that DEX keyboard,screen, battery pack and suddenly you have a laptop running off the phone. I did buy one, its neat, but its pretty heavy, so I don't bring it often. I am glad I got it, because sometimes you want to type using more than your thumbs. Having the laptop size screen makes reviewing photos/video a lot easier, plus it has a mini headphone jack, which my phone does not. It is weird to use my phone as a full computer because I started with dual floppy 8086 machines and IBM system 34 terminals. Amusingly this makes me love command line more than gui and appreciate a good solid keyboard.
