       @futurebird many years ago, someone I knew who was a regular homebrewer tried a beer recipe that was meant to be flavored with liquid smoke. I had a few. They were ok. (I'm not especially into smoke-flavors generally. )

       @futurebird it's rare to see smoked beer (Rauchbier) outside of Bamberg. A beer that tastes like bacon. Smoke beer is a specialty that is made with smoked malt.Special kilns feed beechwood smoke through the grains when roasting.
