@EllenJS Yes, they do too often ask me that that's why my curt response. I used to go into a lengthy explanation all the reasons why it is not feasible but it all boils down to we are different and do NOT want to our identity overwhelmed and diluted by a massive influx of tens of millions of unknown Americans...including MAGAs.Individuals are more than welcome to move here, but no, not states joining.That's a settler attitude.And when I have people making the request or suggestion many, many times a day it's annoying because it shows a lack of thought and sensitivity, so I apologize for my short reply earlier.And think about this if a country was threatening yours, and part of it said we want to join you...??
