Thomas has already indicated that he favors restricting lower court authority in this wayThis seems to be a very high-risk and moderate-reward plan. Would be better to just pull the Jacksonian solution and be done with it. Dark Brandon already set the precedent.

They still have a solid streak of system reformation (see: trying to fix the FBI) but unlike 2016 I don't think they'll be able to maintain that fiction.
