@BrodieOnLinux Regarding the EU petition, it has only reached 40% of the required votes. Any specific strategy in terms of focusing on getting votes from a specific nation with a large population, IT-maturity and fairly high english literacy such as germany?

@BrodieOnLinux My take on this is: "renting-only" games should be illegal... Bring back game ownership! (It is okay to not host the game files indefinetly for the customer though... Like a CD, it is my responsibility to keep a copy of the original). And, for multiplayer games, the publisher should be forced to provide a way to host servers ourselves, like back in the days when they could not affort it/do it themselves!I wonder what his take on this is...

@BrodieOnLinux What are your thoughts on “if the initiative covered video games and software in general, there would be more signatures”? Would addition of general software help the initiative raise signatures?

@BrodieOnLinux I know this would never happen in my life ever but what if we were able to petition to make breaking DRM legal so that we can keep our own games functioning without worrying about a publisher removing it from our account?
