I'd yelled before about how terrible it is that Covered California has a "You can't open this in more than one tab/window" popup (which then closes both windows), but you'd think this'd mean they don't have any links on their site set to open in a new window/tab. That'd just lead to the site closing itself, right?

I had to call them and I can't get to an operator because it won't accept my case number. it says a case number should be 7 digits. I'm looking at the site now and it says my case number right there, and it's 10 digits

it finally gave up, asked some other questions, then told me all operators were busy. please wait. actually, call volume is too high. call back some other time.
