@graf I know you have much bigger things to worry about, but I haven't had any luck with crunchbits customer service and they are shutting down my vps in a couple of weeks.Any suggestions on someone else I can use? I don't need much, but I do need something.

@mord what is the issue with customer service? they aren't going to respond to those tickets, as long as it is open and you bump it they will make sure your service is converted. they are doing it in batches but if you give me your ticket number ill make sure somebody looks at it

@mord the issue is they are trying to get all the chinese people who abuse the service and ip reputation off the yearly packages, so by doing this they squeeze a lot of them out but you should be good
