Apple claimed only 2 docs as evidence to support firing me but refused to give me copies. After I filed this FOIA request to US Dept of Labor asking for my case file, OSHA's response revealed 1 of those 2 docs is an email to Apple legal with Gobbler photos of my naked breasts. https://mastodon.social/@ashleygjovik/113693146014087195Apple redacted the photo of my naked breasts prior to sending the naked photos of me to OSHA, with Apple claiming my tits are "Apple Confidential." This is what Apple plans to argue to a jury?

There were a few other docs in the OSHA records that were similarly breathtaking including: Apple reporting my OSHA whistleblower complaint to OSHA as "leaking"; & someone emailing OSHA with conspiracy theories why my tweets about Apple's illegal spying prove I'm a con artistHere's Apple's lawyers emailing the whistleblower retaliation investigator with public links to the complaint I filed to OSHA about the case, not only admitting to spying on me, but claiming the complaint itself is leaking

Then in 2023 someone emailed my OSHA investigator directly & provided her screenshots of my tweets & private messages to someone arguing my entire whistleblower saga (including getting poisoned?!) was theater to coerce Apple to pay me exactly what I'd make if I just did my job.
