       @adam  notes and 'pajama' time ( dumb name )  is real and an insane time sink.  This is even worse for APP's (NPs and PAs) than doctors.  It's a minimum 2 hours of work, after work on a full case load day, worse w complex patients.Notes have become a huge burden due to the focus of patient satisfaction since Obama care. And many providers write shitty notes.  Notes are also their only defense against lawsuits. My NP wife would have a life again if EPIC/Nabla works like they say. Save us AI!
