       Two years ago today I came out as #trans to my wife.        @lisamelton I have two people in my extended family in transition—one young, and one . . . not so young. The latter has definitely had a more difficult time,  navigating relationships with her wife and teen/adult children.   Public declarations and storytelling like yours has certainly helped her feel not so alone. 💜

       @lisameltonI've said this before but you sharing and your trans 'visibility' has been really important in me navigating and helping to navigate transition within my family. Just want you to know you've made a real difference to me and my loved ones and I celebrate every time I see you celebrate a milestone. It's appreciated more than you know.
