Thank goodness, yeah gastroscopy is not fun, certainly better than going in the other end, I think. So glad it's turned out to be something easily treatable, my man. Get some rest, take a day or two to recover and don't take the amoxycillin on an empty stomach, just... don't. 🫂

I had a different antibiotic for mine, penicillin makes me look like a burn victim with nigger lips, but that was all they gave me. Was it maybe some antacid or proton pump inhibitor?

It was but oddly like my diabetes it switched on later in life. I'd taken a variety of -cillins many times before and nothing happened. Then the dentist put me on amoxycillin for a phoenix abscess and the after i took the final does I looked like some tried to put a forest fire out with me. Everything but my palms and genitals got blighted. How did you learn of this? Did you have a similar experience?
