       Happy upcoming Lunar New Year! We manufacture and ship our laptops from Taiwan, so laptop shipments will be paused from Jan 25 - Feb 2.Parts/modules will still ship from local warehouses for North America and Europe customers during that time.All shipments to Taiwan and Australia also come from our Taiwan warehouse, so those will be paused too.  The last shipment day is Jan 22nd for Taiwan-local orders and Jan 24th for Australia.

       @frameworkcomputer On Jan 21 I just ordered my second Framework* (to replace her broken and irreparable Dell XPS) but haven't received any kind of shipment confirmation - any way to tell if it is shipping before or after Lunar New Year?* I ordered my first Framework when the 12th gens were new and people in Discord were watching planes arrive in Alaska to try to guess which one their laptop was on.
