       @Charkov Did he ever lower the age from 21 to 18 for recruiting? I know the US was pushing him hard on it, but he refused each time so far.

       @Charkov Men and women under 21 aren't subject to conscription, once they hit 21 they can be; if they're under that, they're volunteers.
