This was blasted in every school and on every TV station in the USA for years. It was everywhere. And, drug use skyrocketed among young people during that time period. It planted that seed of "Hey, If Old People say Drugs are Bad, They are probably Cool, so I will try it". Innocent kids who would otherwise never have even thought about drugs suddenly had that on their minds. The people running the show knew full well that the "Just Say NO" operation would make kids try drugs, that is why they did it. Same thing today with all of the LGBTQ faggotry propaganda.
