       @tiskaan2 beer has a few (designing freedom, brain of the firm, heart of enterprise)i read designing freedom but i haven't finished brain of the firm. also ashby's introduction to cybernetics.taleb isn't a cyberneticist, and beer doesn't really go in to black swans, its just that "event i cannot mentally process" is sort of already part of the definition of systems
