@stux @protonprivacy @jonah This is so disappointing. I just switched to several of their products last year- and the idea of moving all of that again is daunting, but this really gives me pause. I hope they will address this. An online privacy based company supporting a man that is the embodiment of censorship and is pro surveillance capitalism and government surveillance in general- I may need to rethink this. And thinking that Trump stands up for the little guys- that's just hysterical.

@stux @purelyatom I ran my own server for a year or so before I, ironically, moved to Proton a couple years back. It's fun and works well but you really can find your emails landing in people's spam filters a lot, unfortunately.

Even if Andy was only posting this sort of thing on his personal accounts, it would give me extreme pause about his judgement and how the service might be run and what things it might quietly be willing to do out of sight.
