@stux don’t take that tone of voice with me son. Ok, couple things…one LEGO is expensive, partially because they want to make money (lots) partially because they are a (largely) European company and provide a decent quality product. Also…you want it because it’s LEGO and cool…Also the instructions are on Rebrickable…you can just build it yourself with what you have plus a few trips to the LEGO store.

@stux Their patent expired so they switched their business model to trading on brand and licensed properties. In this case, a good chunk of that fee is going to the licensing fees for... cat. 🐱

@stux Ik snap nooit wat mensen zo leuk vinden aan die overpriced LEGO-sets waar je in feite maar één ding van kan maken en waar je zelf geen enkele creativiteit in kan stoppen. Ik heb veel liever de gewone blokjes om daar zelf een kat van te knutselen.
