why dont we use more foil than paper for takeout? i go to this local sandwich shop and they always use aluminum foilseems much easier to recycle? i guess paper must be really cheap or something idk

@lynn Not everything needs foil, I guess? The only place I've gotten food from that regularly uses foil is a steak place. Everyone else uses paper or styrofoam.Paper is quite cheap. Don't know how it compares to foil per unit of area.I did a quick lookup and some articles say that paper is good for circulation, keeps food from getting soggy. If that's not a concern, foil is better for locking in moisture. So now I'm curious how a sandwich fares in foil.
