@waifu Hopefully you have better luck than I did. Last time I tried I kept getting BSoDs whenever the OS got starved of available bandwidth.

@waifu maybe the software you need runs over WindowsPE, which boots straight from a ISO without instalation, if it doesnt welp idk

@waifu You aren't using a USB2 stick, are you? Windows 10 and 11 suck on spinning rust, and the random IO of USB sticks is much worse.

@waifu Your options are either replacing the current drive/dualbooting, or an external SSD. 2.5" HDDs have a boot time of around ~10 minutes from my experience and take literal hours to update.

@waifu Happy to help!Also worth noting that OTG Windows install on USB devices aren't officially supported, so your mileage will probably vary at some point.
