       my mac doesn't connect to one of my Raspberry Pis anymore. Can't ping the machine although it's up in the same network. Can ping from other host though. MacOS shows an incomplete arp entry for the host in question. I've deleted all ARP entries and then tried again... to no avail. WTF is going on?#networking #macOS

       and of course it miraculously started to work again after I've tooted about it ... That's the famous "admin effect". Tell your admin about it and it will solve itself ...
