@Shlomo If I was an advisor to the Russian military, i would say leak photos of dead bodies of these stupid mercs to intimidate and inspire fear in the hearts of the enemy. A lot of these mercs are extremely delusional and sometimes hyped up on drugs as well, we can break them out of their trance by showing them what will happen to them if they are caught. Sometimes brutalism can save lives and prevent unnecessary suffering.
