@RehnSturm256 agreed. I didn't either but I'm looking at some of their name brand inventory and it's like 30% off compared to surrounding stores. I don't even remotely understand how that is possible or sustainable.

@RehnSturm256 yeah I am eying their store bands with extreme suspicion. It's name brand foods I buy elsewhere that are at an extreme discount I'm interested in. Unless they are injecting niggaAIDS with a syringe into the packages I'm not sure how this could realistically harm me.But again how does everyone in there look like a god damn mutant

@RustyCrab @RehnSturm256 They sell at a loss for years with every new Walmart that is installed to make all the competition in town shut down, and then jack up their prices when they have a monopoly.

@RealitytheBloodWraith @RehnSturm256 is there a record of them actually jacking up their prices? They've also been here for like 20 years and they haven't seem to have harmed any surrounding stores.Not debating that walmart is evil by the way. They are. I'm just wondering how they can afford to run stores "at a loss" for 20 years.

@RustyCrab @RehnSturm256 went to look it up. They do, and it’s not legal since monopolies aren’t legal (hasn’t stopped anyone before. Lots of companies and their so-called competitors are the same guy in different hats).However, they’re claiming they don’t do this anymore, instead trying to be consistent in every store. So far, everything has been pretty normal prices for me, but maybe I haven’t been buying stuff that meets the criteria. There was another thing that made me want to jump in on this conversation more than anything. Mentions of the meat making them feel sick. My cousin’s and I have never had issues with salmon before, but we had to stop buying it from them because we got sick every time for reasons we could not fathom.
