My spouse has been running Sandwich.Net and the associated IRC server since 1997. There are only a few times where he has had to deny service due to a violation of the Terms of Service. Yesterday, he denied service to someone who he felt in his "reasonable inference, [would intend] to harass, intimidate, threaten, or promote hatred against an individual or group". @sullybiker Thank you for the kind words and the empathy. You have mine for having dealt with motorsports-heads. I am trying to imagine the kind of drama that goes on in that community, but I'm not sure what that could be other than some fans saying their favourite racing team/driver/car was better than other fans'.

@trishalynn There was a lot of home team nonsense but also so many bad faith people it could be exhausting. It sucked the life out of what should be a fun thing.
