       @NotImportant this isn't like a set 4 day 12 hour thing. it's more of a "make the job your whole life" thing where maybe your nominal schedule is 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, but you're on call and expected to work constantly until any problem is resolved. if that means you need to work 80 hours a week for several weeks, that's what they expect you to do
