Currently trying to get voxy for the specific #Minecraft server Iâm on + LODs (itâs an almost 2gb file download). Iâve been struggling, but Iâm managing it. The pics are before I got rid of the torches, and the video is a minute long and me walking around showing it off. It took around an hour to build, and I didnât have spruce saplings or silk touch, so I had to grow multiple dark oak trees on top of each other and make do. But I still think it looks really great.Iâm pretty sure Iâm gonna rebrand this channel since itâs already monetized, so pay no attention to the old username. That will change when I debut as a vtuber.

My friend and i were playing #Minecraft and got sent all the way back up by a genocidal player, and I hope that person violently kills himself in real life. Our save point didnât work and I donât know why. My fucking day is ruined, and I donât get to go back to bed until 9-10pm, and I donât have access to the kitchen or to any microwave because everyone in the house is constantly asleep, and Iâm starving and extremely upset. We had made so much progress. Not only that, but a huge amount of new players joined today, and my friend (not exaggerating) had up to 20,000 ping. I expected the server to be dead because the worthless brats were with their families, but they got computers for Christmas or java for Christmas and now a bunch of useless, failed abortions are in my way. God, I loathe children.

@RealitytheBloodWraith Is the server intended to be public or just for you and friends?If itâs intended to be public, I highly recommend just paying for a server through something like Pebblehost (They have servers as low as $1/GB Ram/mo).Running your own publicly accessible server in (In Java Edition at least, idk how Bedrock edition works.) You have to give out your IP address, which can be used to pinpoint very close to your exact location. If you pay for a server, they host it in a datacenter, so youâre not giving out the IP of your physical home, but instead just some business datacenter somewhere.If itâs a private server for you and trusted friends/peers, that should be fine. Though, make sure your computer is powerful enough to handle all that first. I think you said you want to do VTubing and streaming. VTube streaming requires a chunk of computer power, so you have to consider that too.Since youâd be running VTube Software + Streaming Software and then ontop of that youâd be running Minecraft Client AND the Minecraft Server, each of which would be taking up resources (For the Minecraft Server itâs mostly RAM from my experience, since thereâs no rendering it has to do.). And then you have to consider whatever it would take to keep the chat loaded up in its own window if you wanted to do that.All those things together, might be fine if you have a higher end PC with a modern CPU and GPU, but if you have something like a laptop or even a cheaper desktop (depending on various factors) that might be quite a big ask.Anyway, unfortunately Port Forwarding is router-specific, so thereâs not an exact tutorial I can give, but it basically requires you to find your routers local IP address, usually something like 192.168.1.1 (with the last 1 being the most likely to be different, but the rest of it could also be different, this is just the most common pattern Iâve seen.) put it in the browser. It should then lead you to the router control panel, itâs like a local website that only people on your local network can access. You then have to log in (login credentials are usually on the router itself, unless someone changed them.)After logging into the router, you have to find the port forwarding section. Depending on the router, this can be either the easiest thing in the world, or like you are trying to find a specific piece of hay in a haystack. It entirely depends on the router and how much the company enjoys torturing the innocent.Once you find that you have to put in 25565 as an opened port, you might also have to select your local device from a dropdown or something, since sometimes they will only open ports per-device connected to the router, instead of across the whole network.Once thatâs done, you should be good to go, after hitting apply/save.

@RealitytheBloodWraith Itâs a dollar per month, per gig of ram, so $1/mo would be for 1GB of ram, youâd want to adjust this depending on the amount of people playing and if the game was modded or unmodded. You said you and only like 3 friends, so Iâd say 2GB ($2/mo) might best, but you could probably get away with 1GB ($1/mo) but you might experience more issues if you and your friends are all in drastically different areas of the minecraft world.

So, on the #Minecraft server I play, moving water hurts you, and you canât clutch with water either. Stairs on the first three layers are banned, but they technically didnât say we couldnât swim. Iâm not sure if bubble elevators hurt us or not, but Iâll find out. If they donât, I know that as long as every water block is a source block, we can swim up it. With no respiration, we can swim up or down 50 blocks. With respiration III, we can swim up and down around 250 blocks. Itâs absolutely glorious.if we can get water breathing potions, itâll be even better.If they ban these kinds of elevators, whether they are bubble elevators or just for swimming, i will simply make the water way less obvious by creating an intricate cave system full of water, and only people with potions or water breathing can utilize them successfully. Iâll call it an underwater neighborhood, and name it Mermaid, because thatâs what weâre going to have to become.Anyway, the pic is of me testing how long I can hold my breath so i can figure out what i need to do.If we can just use bubble elevators, respiration wonât be needed.

My friend and I are having a great time with our new #Minecraft world <3 He made the house, farms, and well, I started a mine, I made all the pixel art except for the emoji, and we have some chiseled bookshelves in the house for me to start writing fic in <3 the pixel art works great as big, well-lit billboards to show the way home. Weâre not going for perfection, just genuine enjoyment. So if we want to stop and make pixel art, we put our stuff away and switch to creative and just build anything we like up in the air. We are tired of grinding, and just want to have a good time in hopes that the two week Minecraft phase can be extended.For me, certain stuff should be earned, but Iâm not going to make a big deal out of it if we use glowstone even though we havenât been to the Nether, and colored concrete even though we didnât make the concrete ourselves.We had another friend on, but he had to sign off cause he had been awake for like two straight days or some shit (we donât know why he did this) and we imagine weâll see him in some days after he hibernates.

If #Minecraft ever does anything useful, theyâd add mossy and cracked alternatives to every block. Itâd do so much for the palettes. And it makes creating various ruins more interesting. I like the stone alternatives, but itâs the only one, and I would like to have more I can do.

@RealitytheBloodWraith Iâm the same way. Chisels & Bits allows you to basically build tiny blocks on a block. Here are some examples.It basically lets you chisel out a block into a bunch of small 1pixel large blocks which you can place wherever you like. I think that allows 16x16x16 little chisel blocks in the space of 1 normal block. Which allows all sorts of building opportunities, while still keeping it fairly minecrafty, imo.hereâs a link to the mod page: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/chisels-bitsThe images provided are from the mod page, but currently Iâm playing a modded game with friends where you can pick basically your species (The Origin mod). My friend made me a custom origin called Short King Iâm half a block tall, and my whole base is just an intricate system of tunnels underneath the map with little rooms that are only accessible to me. My whole base is basically just chiseled inside of blocks, lol. I intend to have little mini-bases hidden in the walls of my friendâs bases, and I already have tunnels going to each friendâs base (hidden inside the grass and dirt on the top surface.).

You could literally hide tiny ducks all over your friendâs base and theyâd always wonder where they were coming from XD just build tiny little ducks. I heard some kid did that irl, sort of.
