mum set up her insurance account with her business mail, but used her gmail mail address as a username. we had to reset password, because she couldn't remember and this was the most confusing thing I did in a while.

@igwigg she used a password manager, then forgot how to open it and claimed that she never used it. she told me the wrong password to open it, but I found a piece of paper in her mobile phone case with the correct password. she had used the password manager a bunch, but now even being shown the entries claims she didn't

@kaia if i may, i would give you the kind recommendation to write down EVERY login credentials your mother ever showed you.If she cant remember it now, she wont be able to remember it in the near future.And did the whatsapp backup work? 🙃

@kaia Ugh, yeah - I kid you not, I've "fixed" my mom's printer every year that I've visited her for the holidays (it was never broken she just doesn't know how to use it).
