       @icedquinnIt is not illegal to criticize the state in germany, that is a misconception that especially right wing media is trying to make. As you know we had a dictatorship once which has lead to ww2 and a genocide. So there are some differences:First it is illegal to form a political party whose goal is to get rid of the constitution. Right now AFD is at the brink of becoming such party.Second we have freedom of opinion, not freedom of speech, which should protect personal rights.

       @zem something of a contradiction you just made there. all I have to do is handwave your opinion is unconstitutional.we do it too but it's called national security here
